Crispy Mustard Tofu

Input foods

  • Firm tofu
  • Canola oil
  • Mustard
  • Garlic salt
  • Paprika
  • Cumin

Instructions

  1. Warm a hot box to 350F.
  2. Drain tofu and put a mass on top of it to squish out any liquid.
  3. Mix two cups of oil and a half-cup of mustard, and add two big spoonfuls of garlic salt. Add a small spoon of paprika and a tiny spoon of cumin. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Cut tofu into thin slabs, dunk slabs in liquid, and put on baking tray. Put in hot box for an hour.

Carob Munchkins

Input Foods

  • Half a cup of coconut oil
  • A cup of brown sugar
  • A fourth-cup of almond milk
  • A big spoon of imitation vanilla flavor
  • Two cups of flour
  • Two small spoons of baking soda
  • Half a small spoon of salt
  • A cup of carob chips

Instructions

  1. Warm a hot box to 350F.
  2. Thoroughly mix coconut oil and brown sugar. Add almond milk and vanilla.
  3. In an additional bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Mix liquids and dry stuff.
  5. Fold in carob chips.
  6. Roll into balls and put on a baking tray.
  7. Put in hot box for about half a fourth of an hour.
